Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. We hold time on our calendar exclusively for you — please respect that we turn other clients away.

1-Hour Arrival Window

Due to Bay Area traffic and ongoing construction, we offer a 1-hour arrival window rather than a fixed time. We'll confirm the window the day before. If you have a strict time restriction, please mention it in your booking notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Payment & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Recurring clients (bi-weekly, monthly) receive a discount applied to every visit after the initial Deep Clean. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Service Agreement

We bring all professional-grade supplies. Bed sheets are only changed if you provide fresh sheets. You agree to provide safe access to the home at the scheduled time. Damage must be reported within 24 hours to be covered.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every clean. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area at no cost. Your trust matters more than any single visit.
